The 2025 Toyota bZ4X seats up to five people. The XLE trim includes seats with a mix of cloth and synthetic leather. The Nightshade and Limited trims feature seats with SofTex® material. Alternatively, an all-wheel-drive system is available; it uses two electric motors to produce a combined 248 lb-ft of torque and 214 horsepower. Both powertrains feature a direct-drive transmission.
The e-TNGA platform structure provides a solid foundation for driving performance and stability of the new bZ4X. A heat pump system also comes standard. In addition, the SUV incorporates regenerative braking to help recover energy.
